Our psychometrics-based programs begins where most others end. Sure, our Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DiSC-based programs start with an overview of the model along with hands-on exercises that allow participants to understand and explore their own preferred work preferences and personality type. Truthfully, all psychometrics programs do that. Unfortunately, most programs in the marketplace also stop there, leaving the participants to ask “what next?”

Our program then provides extensive, examples, leadership strategies and case studies so participants can actually apply what they’ve learned in the workplace.
