Led by Donal Conn, former Chief Learning Officer of The Year (and often co-facilitated by one of your leaders), each workshop includes custom case studies so participants can apply the core concepts to your actual products and markets. We can design the training sessions to be delivered in a classroom setting, in concurrent breakout sessions as your annual sales conference, or virtually in mini-sessions throughout the year.
