Donal Conn, Founding Principal

With nearly 30 years of experience, Donal has designed and delivered learning programs and talent management services for dozens of the world’s largest corporations. He is considered an industry leader in designing and delivering dynamic leadership, organizational development and B2B sales and marketing programs that transcend borders, languages, cultures and industries. His client list reads like a Who’s Who of some of the most successful companies in the world, ranging from numerous Fortune 500 giants to small-startups that have since made it big.

Before establishing Kaydeross Performance Solutions, Donal previously held executive positions with multiple global organizations. Most recently he served as Chief Learning & Talent Officer for Momentive (formerly GE Advanced Materials), a multi-billion dollar engineered materials and chemical manufacturer with operations in 23 countries. During his tenure, Donal established an award-winning corporate university and led the talent integration of over 30,000 employees after multiple global mergers and acquisitions. He has also served as an executive with a global advertising agency and has held multiple senior leadership talent management positions with global financial services organizations.

Over his career Donal has repeatedly been honored with numerous industry awards, including being named ‘Vanguard Executive of the Year’ from Chief Learning Officer Magazine in 2009. As a recognized thought leader, he regularly authors articles for trade magazines and frequently serves as a keynote speaker at both public and corporate industry conferences around the world. He can also be heard in recent appearances on radio talk shows and podcasts on iTunes, iHeartRadio and National Public Radio (NPR).

When not traveling for clients, he can frequently be found wading Adirondack trout streams with his fly rod somewhere north of his home town of Saratoga Springs, NY USA.
